Steven Almcrantz is a Public Works professional, Construction Inspector, and candidate for Ventura City Council District 6. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside contractors, engineers, and city staff to deliver infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and responsibly. With bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration, Steven is committed to strengthening Ventura through responsible budgeting, well-maintained infrastructure, and transparent, accountable local government. His campaign focuses on practical solutions, protecting taxpayer dollars, and improving the quality of life for Ventura residents through experienced, hands-on leadership.

With my hands-on Public Works experience, I will focus on practical, fiscally responsible solutions that improve our neighborhoods, protect taxpayer dollars, and ensure our infrastructure is built to serve our community for generations to come.

I am committed to keeping Ventura safe by supporting our police officers, firefighters, and emergency responders while ensuring they have the resources they need to protect our community. I will prioritize responsible budgeting, emergency preparedness, wildfire resilience, and investments in safe, well-maintained infrastructure that helps prevent accidents and strengthens public safety for every neighborhood.

I am committed to protecting and enhancing Ventura's parks, green spaces, and recreational areas so every resident has access to safe, clean, and well-maintained places to gather, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors.
